Children often face insidious forms of exploitation, violence or abuse that can harm them derogatorily. Child exploitation or abuse can happen anywhere, even at the places where they are considered the safest; homes, school and even online. Children can face physical, sexual or emotional harm even by those people whom they trust the most. No what the circumstances may the child be in, they have the right to be protected from violence abuse and exploitation.
Greeting Lives Foundation works towards Protection of Children from physical, social, emotional and sexual harm through the programs like "Child safety". The flagship program entails helping the children understand about the Safe or Unsafe Touch. They are also taught about the extent up to which that they can trust the strangers and what they can do when somebody tries to exploit them physically, emotionally or sexually.
We have on our panel the human resources from the background of Child Rights, Psychology and Training & Development who impart various trainings to all the stakeholders about what they can do when they face any such situation where the children's right to protection is hampered. We strongly believe that empowering all the stakeholders including children, parents, teachers, neighborhood, child protection units, and governmental organizations can bring a shift in the behavioral pattern and can save children from the abuse, exploitation and violence.
With the program - “Save Innocence,” we ensure that the children become empowered and raise their voice upon identification of the alarming situation and take the right action for them.
